Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to deliver premium-quality football kits and a smooth shopping experience. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Order Confirmation & Payment

• 10% Advance Minimum: To confirm any order, a minimum 10% advance payment is required.
• 24-Hour Window: If the advance payment is not received within 24 hours of placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.
• No Standard COD: We no longer offer full Cash on Delivery. All orders require the confirmation deposit.

2. Product Specifications

• Import vs. Sublimation: Import kits and Sublimation kits have different sizing. Do not assume your size is the same for both. Check the specific size chart for each item.
• Logo Finishes: Most kits are Sublimation (designs dyed into the fabric). Embroidery (stitched logos) is only provided if it is explicitly written in the product description.
• Color Variance: Product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or your monitor settings.

3. Exchange & Return Policy

• No Returns: We do not offer returns or refunds.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are only accepted if the fault is on our side (e.g., wrong product, manufacturing defect, or damage on arrival).
• 48-Hour Limit: Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Delivery Charges: The customer is responsible for paying delivery charges for all exchanges.

4. Non-Exchangeable Scenarios

• Size & Fit: Size selection is the customer's responsibility. Please double-check the charts.
• Personal Preference: Changes of mind or "fit issues" are not eligible for exchange.
• Custom Orders: Any kit with personalized names or numbers is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Sale Items: All items purchased on sale or discount are final.

Regional Terms

• Pakistan: 10% advance required for confirmation. Exchanges only for company errors.
• UAE: Prepaid orders only. No returns for size/preference.
