A 10% minimum advance deposit is required to confirm your order. Orders will not be processed, manufactured, or entered into our dispatch queue until this deposit is settled. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your order status remains "Pending" until confirmation from our team.
4. Batch Manufacturing & Shipping As many of our items are sourced via international import batches, dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates based on current batch schedules. We work closely with our production partners to ensure quality; however, international logistics are subject to variables outside of our immediate control. Our customer support team will provide updates regarding your specific batch timeline upon order confirmation.
